But there are ideological differences between Hamas and Fatah, Fatah with secular nationalist ideology while Hamas with Islamic ideology. The difference in ideology is considered to be the cause of the lack of cooperation between the two to free Palestine from Israeli occupation. This paper seeks to answer the question of why Hamas and Fatah did not unite to free Palestine from Israeli occupation when both have the same goal, whether differences in ideology are the main obstacle for Hamas and Fatah not to unite to liberate Palestine. In this paper the authors use the theory of conflict resolution and descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that ideology is indeed one of the reasons Hamas and Fatah are not cooperating, because these two ideologies are in conflict with each other, but the historical conflict factor between Hamas's predecessors, the Muslim Brotherhood and Fatah has affected the inability of Hamas and Fatah to cooperate in efforts to liberate Palestine because differences of opinion in addressing resistance to Israel, then coupled with the disappointment of Hamas against Fatah which was hit by the issue of corruption and abuse of power, and Hamas considers Fatah to recognize the existence of Israel after signing the Oslo Declaration. Furthermore, it is hoped that this article can be used as a reference and comparison material for similar research.
Badra Jultouriq Rahman ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/Ampera/article/view/5553 Wed, 01 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Peran TNI dalam Pembinaan Teritorial (Studi Kasus di Desa Sungai Ceper, Kecamatan Sungai Menang, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatera Selatan) http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/Ampera/article/view/5554
The title of this research is "The Role of The Indonesian Militer In The Development of The Territorial (Case Study in Sungai Ceper Village, Sungai Menang District, Ogan Komering Ilir District)". As one of the
prosecution of Islam in the land of Java, he had a thought of religious pluralism, which is the
meeting point of religions on the esoteric landscape (the transcendent unity of religions), in terms
of Islamic mysticism known as Wahdat al-Adyan. The author deliberately used pluralism to
uncover the thoughts of Sheikh Siti Jenar based on his teachings. The theory of religious
pluralism classification, which includes secular humanism, global theology, syncretism, and
lasting wisdom, is used to determine the pattern of religious pluralism found in the thought of
Sheikh Siti Jenar. The problems discussed in this paper are the thoughts and patterns of religious
pluralism Sheikh Siti Jenar. For that purpose, the relevant data, obtained through the literature
study, is analyzed using a method of content analysis and descriptive-analytic. Based on the
study conducted, it can be suggested that the concept of religious pluralism Sheikh Siti Jenar is
the implications of the plurality of scientific networks that accumulate in the developed
teachings, Manunggaling Kawulo Gusti. The pluralism in the thought of Sheikh Siti Jenar
covered the meeting point of various religions at the esoteric level, because the difference for
him only occurred at the level of exoscorers alone. This view when associated with religious
pluralism classification belongs to the category of eternal wisdom. The thought of Sheik Siti
Jenar about the mystical maqamat in the process of discovering identity, the three elements that
build human beings, heaven and hell, and his views on nature, all of which are intertwined with
the teachings of Islamic mysticism, Hinduism, Buddhism and Javanese philosophy. The thought
of Sheikh Siti Jenar took the pattern of religious pluralism, syncretism.
otoman otoman ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/Ampera/article/view/5551 Wed, 01 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Strategi Pendekatan dan Pengaruh Rusia di Kawasan Timur Tengah (2005-2019) http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/Ampera/article/view/5559
This study is an examination of Russia's approach and influence in the Middle East and focuses on Russia's soft politics in various Middle Eastern countries and their influence on Russian interests. The important question that will be answered in this research is how Russia can control its national interest and pressure in the Middle East geo politics. Even though after the cold war the US appeared dominant in global politics, Russia's maturity in the global political cannot be underestimated. Because Russia will continue to tightening partnerships with the countries that are anti-US dominant or at least have the same vision in global political practices including in Syria and Iran. Thus, the survival of Russia's national interest in the Middle East becomes an important factor to keep the rivalry of the two superpowers state, which is not infrequently a positive or even negative factor for the Middle Eastern countries.
Kiki Mikail ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/Ampera/article/view/5559 Wed, 01 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Money Politics Terhadap Pilihan Masyarakat Pada Pilkades Serentak di Kabupaten Muara Enim Tahun 2017 (Studi Kasus di Desa Teluk Limau Kecamatan Gelumbang) http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/Ampera/article/view/5557
The paper is “Titled the effect of money politics on community choice in the simultaneous Pilkades in Muara Enim distric in 2017 ( Case studi in the village of Teluk Limau, Gelumbang district)”. The focus of this research also wants to see and explain where the function of women is like and about the role of women laborers who perform two roles at once, namely in the domestic and public sectors as well as power relations between men and women in industrial societies in the sweet love sugar factory.

The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This research source is primary data taken directly from the field through interviews with informants from women felling laborers. Secondary data obtained from documentation, books or journals. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation.

The results obtained in this study are the first, Ketiau Village before the entry of the Cinta Manis sugar factory, the community's work in this village is a farmer and trader, but more dominant farmers. After the entry of the sugar factory in this village also experienced changes in terms of livelihoods, many people who worked as employees or as factory workers, who worked in the factory and even then not only from the Ketiau area but from outside the area also many who worked at the company. Second, there are many women in this factory who work as sugar cane cutting laborers. What makes women come to work is by economic factors, because if you rely on your husband alone can not meet their needs. The role of the fostering also changed, which usually played the role of a housewife but now works, women workers in the factory must perform two roles at the same time. Third, women only live and obey what has been determined by culture. Culture that distinguishes the roles of men and women. Clearly this culture has assumed a man's position higher than a woman's. The culture referred to here is patriarchal culture, patriarchal culture is defined as a dominant culture that is male, or the ruling is male, as in terms of earning a living a man not a woman. But in PTPN VII Sugar Factory, this culture is no longer valid because at this time everything has changed, the views or thoughts of a person have developed, in terms of earning a living not only a man can but a woman can also make a living, like as well as female slave laborers in the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory.

Putri Pahurian ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/Ampera/article/view/5555 Wed, 01 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Pola Relasi Kuasa Negara dan Kelompok Tambang Minyak Ilegal (Studi Kasus Tambang Minyak Kecamatan Keluang Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan) http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/Ampera/article/view/5558
This study will describe how the pattern of relations in the management of illegal oil mines in Keluang District with two problem formulations, first what are the factors that shape the power relations between the State and the illegal oil mining group in Keluang District.
