The purpose of this study was to analyze Teacher's Efforts in Increasing Student Learning Concentration and what factors support and hinder Online Learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Awwal Palembang. This type of research is a field research using a qualitative approach method. The data collection method is through observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis methods used are data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and triangulation. The research data sources use primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning carried out by PAI teachers while online is by preparing lesson plans, student textbooks, almost the same as conventional learning. The difference lies in the learning media used, one of which is mobile phones, laptops because without them online learning cannot run, there are inhibiting factors and supporting factors in online learning, the inhibiting factor is that during online learning it is considered quite wasteful of internet quota, because almost every days have to take online learning, the signal is not adequate while the supporting factors during online learning take place it is easy to get additional material about the learning to be delivered, besides the collaboration between and the teacher makes children better to increase their concentration in learning.
