This study aims to describe the relationships between culture and education and their relevances in ethnomathematics studies that explore cultural diversity in Indonesia. The Means between culture and education bring potential contributions that can be developed as material in learning mathematics. Learning Mathematics can be done outside the classroom so as the students can introduce and connect Mathematics with local wisdom and make learning Mathematics fun, meaningful, and better in understanding contextual concepts in Mathematics.
