The practical and operational teaching materials that can support student learning activities are LKPD. This study aims to find out the feasibility and students' response to guided inquiry-based LKPD in Structure and Function of tissue plant for students in grade XI of SMAN 8 Pontianak. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RnD) with a development model by Borg and Gall that was conducted through several steps, there are potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and product trial. Instruments used in this research are product validation sheet and students' response sheet. There were 5 validators. The result of V Aiken's analysis for aspects of content feasibility, linguistics, presentation, and graphics get an average score of 0,90, therefore it is indicated as valid. The result of students' responses gets an average score from the aspect of cognition, affection, and conation of 90,44% which is very positive. Waste management with 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) is currently considered the most effective way to deal with waste. Knowledge of 3R waste management has been included in the school curriculum in environmental education, which is one of the implementations of the Adiwiyata Program. This study aims to determine the level of environmental knowledge, determine student attitudes towards 3R waste management, and determine the relationship between the two. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. 51 students were selected by cluster random sampling from 165 students in class VIII MTsN 10 Hulu Sungai Selatan. Instruments in the form of tests and questionnaires</em><em>. </em><em>The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. This study aims to obtain data and the influence of the use of brainstorming learning methods on the critical thinking skills of class VIII students on the material of the human digestive system. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 40 Palembang. The research design used was nonequivalent control group with quasi-experimental design. The research sample used was class VIII.3 as an experimental class totaling 32 students and class VIII.4 as a control class totaling 32 students. Data collection was taken using interview techniques, tests of critical thinking questions, and documentation. The results of the data analysis show that the brainstorming method has an influence on students' critical thinking skills. This can be seen from the t-test results that show that the value of t<sub>count</sub>&gt; t<sub>table</sub> (3,447&gt;2,042) or the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.001&lt;0.05) then H<sub>0</sub> is rejected and H<sub>1</sub> is accepted. The average results of the experimental class data analysis reached 73.59; while the control class reached 63,69 meaning that the critical thinking ability of the experimental class students was higher than the control class's critical thinking ability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the Search, Solve, Create, And Share (SSCS) learning model on students' critical thinking skills. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with research methods using Nonequivalent Post Control Group Design. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique, namely class XI IPA 3 and class XI IPA 4 as the control class using the direct learning model. The assessment was carried out on students' critical thinking skills using a written test in the form of multiple choices. From the results of the study, it was found that the critical thinking skills of students in the experimental class had an average of 76.74 with critical criteria, and so on the control class obtained an average of 63.95 with critical criteria. After testing the hypothesis with the t test, the result is that the value of tcount &gt; ttable is 4.7194 &gt; 1.667 which shows that the hypothesis is accepted. Limitations and infrequent implementation of practicum and lack of availability of laboratory supporting facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to describe the use of the laboratory and the implementation of practicum in Biology learning in the laboratory of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were carried out using triangulation techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation which included data on laboratory utilization and practicum implementation. The results showed that the average percentage of laboratory utilization and practicum implementation was 79.25% and 82.02%, respectively, in the good and very good categories. This class action research (CAR) aims to implement the problem based learning (PBL) learning model on student learning outcomes in biology class X.1 at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang so that it can improve the quality of learning through giving action to students. Classroom action research carried out by the author, namely as many as three cycles. The results of this class action research (CAR) were that in the first cycle the implementation of the problem-based learning model did not affect the learning outcomes of students because 85% of students obtained grades ≤70 and 15% of students who managed to achieve scores of ≥70. Furthermore, in cycle II there was an increase in learning outcomes in the previous cycle 56% of students scored ≤70 and 44% of students who managed to get scores ≥70. And in the third cycle, 15% of students scored ≤70. and 85% of students who managed to score ≥70. This study aims to inventory tree vegetation at the Nature Laboratory of Biology Education FKIP UNRI as a pocket book design on biodiversity material. The research was conducted in June-September 2021. This research is survey research and development research. Inventory of tree vegetation types using the roaming method. The development of a pocket book on biodiversity material uses the ADDIE development model. The inventory results show that there are 19 types of tree vegetation in the Biology Education Nature Laboratory, namely Alstonia scholaris. R. Br, Rhodamnia cinereal, Sizygium acuminatissimum, Terminalia catappa. L, Aporasa granularis, Blumeodendron kruzii, Maccaranga gigantean, Endospermum javanicum, Artocarpus elasticus, Ficus carica. Activeness in the learning process can be seen from the critical thinking skills possessed by students. Measurement of critical thinking skills is needed so that teachers can develop learning steps to improve students' critical thinking skills. This research is an experimental research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on students' critical thinking skills. The population in this study were all students in class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 2 Payakumbuh for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research samples were students of class XI MIPA 7 and class XI MIPA 8 which were determined by lottery technique. Data analysis used paired sample t-test analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 for windows program. The results of data analysis showed that the average gain score in the experimental group was 37.83 while that of the control class was 22.23. The application of the guided inquiry learning model has a positive effect on students' critical thinking skills.
