The aim is that the outcomes of education have capabilities that are relevant to user needs and the challenges of the times. Curriculum transformation is a common thing in various countries, one of which is Indonesia. However, starting in 2015, the curriculum and madrasah curriculum transformation in Indonesia was implemented by implementing two curricula at once, namely the 2013 curriculum and the Education Unit Level Curriculum (EULC). This is rare in previous times. Departing from this issue, this article attempts to uncover the background and strategies and the problems faced in implementing the transformation of the primary and secondary education curriculum in Indonesia towards a dual curriculum. The research method used in this study is literature study. The findings of this study indicate that the transformation or changes in curriculum in Indonesia from EULC to the 2013 curriculum, then the dual curriculum is due to the low quality of national education. The application of dual curriculum has been implemented since 2015 using the 2013 curriculum and EULC at the same time for all primary and secondary education levels. The assessment instrument used is the rating scale sheet. This learning media is assessed by material experts, media experts, and 2 Indonesian teachers. Learning media is also responded by 28 students of grade II SD 1 Sanden through check list method. The data of quality values are in the form of quantitative data then converted into qualitative data. Quantitative data were analyzed on each aspect of the assessment. The final score is converted into qualitative feasibility product.</p> <p>The results of this study are: (1) The compilation of learning media PUCI <em>(Pop Up Culture of Indonesia)</em> with simple essay writing material. (2) Based on the assessment of material expert are Good with an average of 3.95. Based on the assessment of by media experts are Very Good with an average of 4.40. Based on the assessment of Indonesian teacher class III are Very Good with an average of 4.21. Based on the assessment of Indonesian teacher grade IV are Very Good with an average of 4.29, so this media is suitable to use in teaching processes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri dari tahap<em> Preliminary (</em>tahap persiapan dan pendesainan<em>) </em>dan tahap<em> prototyping </em>menggunakan alur<em> formative evaluation (self evaluation, one to one, small group dan field test). </em>Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar <em>walkthrough dan </em>angket<em>. </em>Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan PGMI semester V<em> .&nbsp; </em>Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan : (1) menghasilkan desain pembelajaran IPS MI yang valid dengan melihat komentar dan saran validator serta nilai kevalidan sebesar 4,63. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.. Penelitian dilakukan di SLB Bakti Kencana I. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah satu orang siswa dikelas III yang mengalami kelainan pada proses perkembangan fisik-motorik. Hasil analisis kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan kajian teori mengenai perkembangan fisik-motorik siswa yang tidak tercapai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan fisik-motorik siswa yang tidak tercapai disebabkan karena siswa mengalami kelainan genetik (down syndrome) . Down syndrome adalah kelainan genetik yang disebabkan kerena kelebihan kromosom 21 atau trisomy 21 yang menyebabkan keterbatasan fisik, motorik, serta intelektual, dan sering terjadi dengan insidensi 1:1000 kelahiran yang salah satunya berakibat lemahnya otot pada salah satu tangan sehingga siswa sulit melakukan gerakan seperti menulis, menggambar serta aktifitas sehari-hari. Pembelajaran didalam kelas disesuaikan dengan minat belajar siswa. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research or also called qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data uses persistence of observation, triangulation, and referential adequacy. Data analysis uses percentages then processed through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Seorang guru harus mampu berkomunikasi dalam penyampaian pesan-pesannya lebih efektif.</p> <p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peranan komunikasi guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di MI Khoiriyatul Ulum. Tujuan kedua untuk menyebutkan hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi guru dan siswa tentang komunikasi dalam proses belajar mengajar di MI Khoiriyatul Ulum. Tujuan ketiga yaitu mendeskripsikan usaha–usaha apa yang dilakukan guru dan siswa agar komunikasi guru dengan siswa dapat efektif di MI Khoiriyatul Ulum.</p> <p>Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi yaitu berusaha memahami makna dari suatu peristiwa dan saling pengaruh dengan manusia dalam situasi tertentu. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari informan staf guru dan karyawan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Khoiriyatul Ulum serta dokumen yang terkait dengan aktivitas pembelajaran.&nbsp; Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi langsung dan dokumentasi.</p> <p>Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti mencoba bertanya kepada 9 orang anak, peneliti dapat mengetahui bahwa di MI kelas II MI Koiriyatul Ulum masih banyak siswa yang melanggar peraturan di MI Khoiriyatul Ulum.
