Ahmad Dahlan to establish the Muhammadiyah organization. Muhammadiyah was established to accommodate and transform ideas for renewal to the people of Indonesia. Muhammadiyah emerged among Indonesian people who experienced anxiety and social, religious, and moral concerns. In understanding the texts of the Koran and hadith and looking for community-oriented values, this organization uses proportional reasoning. However, the appreciation he gave to reason was not as high as the Mu'tazilah as a rationalist. Therefore, Harun Nasution called this organization adhering to the traditional theology style of Ash'ariah. Muhammadiyah's theological thinking is relevant to his renewed thinking. The relevance of his theological thinking with the thought of renewal is seen in two aspects, namely: first, style. Theological thinking and thinking of renewal in the field of law are both traditional in style. The style of his theological thinking is also relevant to his renewed thinking in the religious field which is characterized by revivalism, fundamentalism and purification. Second, the substance of thought. "Taslim" referred to by Hamka in the direction of al-Azhar's interpretation of aqidah and worship is the statement of faith and worship not on the understanding and spirit of the verse. The non-use of the term hermeneutics in al-Azhar's interpretation does not require the absence of hermeneutical or operational-functional ideas in the study of the Qur'an. It turns out that in practice the leadership of the kiai in pesantren has a very important role to advance the world of education in boarding schools. But what is also important is the educational background of the clerics and the environment where the kiai is. The type of kiai leadership in Islamic Boarding School Nurul Islam by kiai Syazali uses a type of traditionalist charismatic leadership and in certain moments uses an autocratic and democratic pattern, in the curriculum it has combined between salafiyah and modern, it can be seen from the inclusion of several government curricula, both from the Education Office and the Ministry Religion. Whereas the type of leadership applied by the cleric Tol'at is a type of modernist rational leadership, and at certain times intructive and coordinative patterns are used by scholars and practicing politics. So that it has implications for the activities of the pesantren both concerning the regeneration of leadership, the learning system, the value system and the network of kiai in society, to the kiai with practical politics. The object of this study is the outstanding corporate sukuk in Indonesia in 2015-2016. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic stock variables, namely the capitalization of the Jakarta Islamic Index and the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The data source in this study is secondary data. The data in this study were collected in two ways, namely choosing objects based on three elements (social situation) and samples (purposive sampling). The data collection technique in this study is documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Capitalization of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) has a significant negative effect on outstanding sukuk because the capitalization coefficient of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) is -0.015194 and the significance level of JII is 0.0299 smaller than alpha 0.05. This means that the increase in capitalization that occurred in 2015-2017 had a significant negative effect on the outstanding sukuk which caused the outstanding sukuk to decline. The Capitalization of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) has a significant positive effect on outstanding sukuk because the capitalization coefficient of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) is 0.014341 and the significance level of the ISSI is 0,0008 smaller than alpha 0.05 which means an increase in ISSI capital in the year 2015-2017 had a significant positive effect on outstanding sukuk which resulted in outstanding sukuk increasing</em>.</p> yurda indari ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2018-12-30 2018-12-30 19 2 90 107 Hikmah Tut Tasyri’ Ahli Waris Mualaf Setelah Pewaris Meninggal Dunia Mendapatkan Harta Warisan http://jurnal.radenfatah.ac.id/index.php/medinate/article/view/3080 <p>The causes of Islamic inheritance relationship are relationship nasab, marital relations, wala 'and the same religion relationship. Furthermore, the relationship causes a barrier of inheritance is for murder, different religions and slavery. From the above explanation if there are reasons the above relationship, it will cause a person entitled to be heirs and vice versa if there are causes obstructions inheritance, it will be blocked to inherit each other. If the heirs &nbsp;is not Moeslem and during heirs lifetime, and then heir embrace Islam, Mualaf. after He or She died while the inheritance is not devided yet. In this case there is a opinion of Imam mashab, which is the opinion of Imam Ahmad who argue are not blocked and the right to become heir. Based on the purpose of this research was conducted to know hikmahtut tasyri, Mualaf after the heir dies become heir. The Type of This research is a library (library research) by reviewing the current literature sources as data sources, which are analyzed descriptively qualitative. From results of this research, we concluded that hikmah tut tasyri Expected increase the confidence and faith of Islam heirs Mualaf, so strengthening his or her Islam. This is in keeping with religion. Adding and strengthen kinship between the heir to the heir who had died because there are two relationships that the same religion relationship and incest.
