Wardah is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Collaboration between Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang with Asosiasi Profesi Dakwah Indonesia. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for disseminating research, theoretical studies, and critical analyses in the fields of da’wah and Islamic communication within contemporary social contexts.

Wardah focuses on the development of knowledge related to Islamic propagation (da’wah) and communication, emphasizing both classical and modern approaches. The journal welcomes contributions in the form of empirical research (qualitative and quantitative), conceptual papers, and literature reviews that provide significant academic contributions to the advancement of Islamic communication studies.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: Islamic Communication, Da’wah Studies, Methods and Strategies of Da’wah, History of Da’wah, Philosophy and Epistemology of Da’wah, Management of Da’wah, Media and Digital Da’wah, Islamic Broadcasting, Religious Counseling, Sociology of Religion, and community-based Islamic communication practices.

Through its publications, Wardah aims to bridge theoretical perspectives and practical applications of da’wah in addressing contemporary societal challenges, particularly in the era of digital transformation and evolving communication landscapes.
