Partisipasi Politik Terhadap Isu-Isu Kontemporer (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa di Kota Palembang)

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research discusses political participation on contemporary issues in the city of Palembang. This study aims to determine the political participation of contemporary issues in the city of Palembang and to determine the factors that influence the political participation of students towards contemporary political issues in the city of Palembang. The research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. explained about the active participation of students through the student movement to face contemporary issues which in the end concluded that the student movement in Palembang has character and sensitivity to contemporary issues and also researchers hope that students can balance the role of agents of change and students who be responsible for their education Keyword :  Issue, Politic, and Contemporer   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas partisipasi politik terhadap isu-isu kontemporer di Kota Palembang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi politik terhadap isu-isu kontemporer di Kota Palembang dan Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi politik mahasiswa terhadap Isu-isu Politik Kontemporer di Kota Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. dijelaskan mengenai partisipasi aktif dari mahasiswa melalui Gerakan mahasiswa untuk menghadap isu–isu kontemporer yang pada akhirnya mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa untuk Gerakan mahasiswa di Palembang memiliki karakter dan kepekaan terhadap isu – isu kontemporer dan juga peneliti berharap mahasiswa dapat menyeimbangkan antara peran agent of change dan mahasiswa yang bertanggungjawabakan pendidikannya.
