Pemberdayaan Pemuda Melalui Ekonomi Kreatif: Mengubah Eceng Gondok Menjadi Produk yang Layak Dipasarkan Melalui Model Kewirausahaan Islami

Abstract
Creative economy is a form of creativity economy that combines innovation and skills. The economy is the basis of youth facilities in advancing the growth of people's welfare towards demographic bonuses, so that the economy must not be a rigid material in producing production that provides financial benefits for the community. Creative economic products can be produced through endless creativity efforts, one of which is by looking at all opportunities that can be used as a business field, namely water hyacinth plants, water hyacinth plants can be used as creative economic facilities by turning them into sandals that have a sale value. In addition, water hyacinth is also a parasite of waters that can cause flooding and disturb natural beauty. To overcome these problems, the authors compile scientific works using quantitative methods and use questionnaire data where the authors distribute 24 questionnaires and come to the conclusion that the public knows the importance of an entrepreneurship training program for the younger generation, as well as the creative economy in developing youth creativity. So in this scientific paper describes an innovation entitled "Management of Water Hyacinth Becomes a Sendal (SPOON) through Islamic Millennial Creativeprenuer (IMC)" as a coordinating program between the Institute for Community Service and Research (LP2M) Radin Fatah Palembang State Islamic Boarding School in preparing millennial generation in facing the demographic bonus momentum of 2030, where the IMC is a place for young people to learn entrepreneurial skills and skills by turning water hyacinth into sandals and having facilities that are processed directly by LP2M.
