Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimana penerapan strategi perencanaan dan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam di MA NU Sumber Agung dilakukan dengan menjadikan nilai-nilai keislaman sebagai fondasi utama. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajerial di MA NU Sumber Agung memadukan aspek spiritualitas, partisipasi, dan pengambilan keputusan kolektif berbasis musyawarah. Pemimpin madrasah berperan sebagai agen transformasi yang menanamkan nilai ikhlas, amanah, dan syura dalam seluruh proses manajerial. Selain itu, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan kurikulum di madrasah juga diarahkan pada integrasi nilai akademik dan spiritual. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan lembaga dalam menjalankan manajemen berbasis nilai sangat dipengaruhi oleh komitmen pemimpin serta kohesi sosial seluruh civitas akademika madrasah.
