Abstract

A good, high-quality hospital service system is essential for the community. In addition, advances in technology and information have given rise to many modern hospitals. However, in practice, many patients are still dissatisfied with the services they receive. The most common complaints include complicated administrative processes, unclear communication, and a lack of attention from medical staff. The role of public relations in situations like this is crucial. Public relations can assist hospitals in enhancing their image, strengthening public trust, and addressing complaints more effectively. The method used in this study is a literature review, which involves analyzing several relevant journals on public relations strategies in hospital services. Public relations strategies play a vital role in improving the quality of hospital services. Therefore, public relations strategies need to be optimized as part of efforts to enhance the overall quality of hospital services.
