Abstract

Archives are something that cannot be separated from an organization or institution, archives have such an important role, they can be taken into account in decision making or become concrete evidence of a moment that takes place within the institution or organization, in its development, archives continue to follow technological changes, Archives are now not only in the form of an object that can be touched, but also something that is stored digitally which we call digital or electronic archives. Archives management is an effort made by archival institutions to provide services that are in accordance with the character of today's society. Through this paper, the author wants to convey about archive management, both digital and conventional, as well as software that is a medium for modern archive management to facilitate archival tasks and services.
