ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB RENDAHNYA AKREDITASI PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH: STUDI KASUS PADA HASIL VISITASI PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH DI KOTA PALEMBANG

This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the low accreditation of school libraries based on visitation results in Palembang City. Employing a descriptive quantitative method, data were collected through questionnaires and observations of 4 school libraries that underwent visitation. The findings indicate that the primary factors causing low accreditation include inadequate book collections, substandard physical facilities, and limited competence of library staff. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for improving school library management to enhance accreditation quality in the future.
