Each article submitted to the editorial staff will be selected through a Preliminary Riview process by the Editorial Board. The, the articles will be sent to peer riviewers and proceed to the next selection through the blind preview process. After that the article will be returned to the author for revision. This process tekes a maximum of a month. In each manuscript, peer reviewers will be assessed from a substantial and technical aspect. Peer riviewers who collaborate with this journal. There are two reviewers involved in the riview of each article who competence in the field of the them of the article.
