Abstrak

Hadith studies in Islamic Higher Education (PTAI) Indonesia has a pattern, variety and characteristics in accordance with their own peculiarities. The different types and forms of courses offered in the study of hadith indicate a continuous dynamic. From 1995 to 2016, the Department of Tafsir Hadith of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Thought of Raden Fatah Palembang State Islamic University in which the Prodi Ilmu Hadith had taken shelter, has produced alumni of 276 alumni. Ideally the works should be disseminated to the public in order to have a positive impact on religious life. The reality is not so, until today no one has done a serious search through research. This research is important to know the pattern and typical of academic hadith study that developed in the students of Tafsir Hadith, especially the study program of Hadith in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and contributed sufficiently in the development of Hadith studies in Indonesia. This type of research is a library research, because the object of literature review by tracing the data in the form of student thesis of Tafsir Hadith from 1996 to 2016 to then be described critically. The theoretical basis used is content analisys, by Harold D. Lasswell that records the symbol or message systematically then given the interpretation.
