AKTUALISASI PRINSIF-PRINSIF MODERASI BERAGAMA DALAM KEPEMIMPINAN (Kajian Tematik Konsep Keadilan dan Berimbang Menurut Al-Qur’an)

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to explain the principle of religious moderation in leadership which is associated with the concepts of justice and balance in the Qur'an, lafadz al-'adl and al-qist. The research used in the qualitative data collection method is literature study, but the main data is the verses of justice of the Qur'an and its interpretations, while the secondary data is all literature in the form of literary works. Books, articles and other writings related to and supporting this research. The results of this work include finding the right concept of justice and balance, which is the basic principle of creating religious moderation. By equating the expression fair and balanced with the words al-adl and al-qisth, according to the Qur'an, a leader can apply the principles of justice and balance in his leadership. Even in orders that are binding and exclusive to all purposes, so a leader must
be able to treat all parties equally, maintain balance, hold fast to the truth, be firm and firm. complete in decision. Seeing the several notions of justice in the Qur'an above, the words
'adl and al-qisth are more towards moderation because they have the same meaning. This is the background for the writer to use these two words in the context of a fair and balanced government according to the principle of religious moderation. This should be proof that Islam is a religion that deserves to be a role model.
