This study aims to describe the implementation of disciplined Dhuha prayer habituation in enhancing moral values among early childhood students at TK Ma’arif Al-Hidayah, specifically in groups A and B. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The respondents consisted of classroom teachers and students from groups A and B at TK Ma’arif Al-Hidayah. The procedure involved a daily routine starting with group chanting (sholawatan) and the practice of the call to prayer (adhan), followed by the Dhuha prayer at 07:30 AM in the Babussalam Mosque located within the school environment. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that consistent and structured habituation of Dhuha prayer effectively fosters discipline and enhances moral values such as responsibility, perseverance, and love for worship from an early age. Supporting factors included the active involvement of teachers and the availability of prayer facilities, while inhibiting factors were students’ varying levels of readiness and diverse family backgrounds. The consistent implementation of this practice proved effective in instilling religious character in early childhood education.
