Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja frontliner Bank Sumsel Babel Arivai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 frontliner. Pengambilan data menggunakan jenis sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Nilai R-Square adalah sebesar 0,790 yang artinya variabel pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 79%, sedangkan 21% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.
