Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Job Demands Terhadap Work Engagement Pegawai di Lapas Pemuda Kelas IIA Tangerang melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 199 orang dengan sampel berjumlah  40 orang petugas binadik yang diambil melalui teknik purposive  sampling. Analisis data menggunkana uji regresi linear sederhana dengan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif dari variabel job demands terhadap work engagement dengan nilai R square 50.8%. Persamaan regreresi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Y= 17,685 + 0,920X  dimana pengaruh dari variabel x terhadap y berbanding lurus karena nilai koefesien b memiliki nilai positif.
