Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pembinaan WBP pada bidang kerja terhadap narapidana terorisme Lapas Kelas I Madiun. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembinaan dalam bidang pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan oleh Lapas dikatakan berhasil dan efektif karena melihat hasil dari warga binaan yang mampu mengikuti kegiatan dengan baik dan terstruktur. cara, serta narapidana yang memiliki tujuan seperti membuka usaha setelah mereka menyelesaikan masa hukuman penjara. mereka berdasarkan keterampilan yang mereka kuasai selama di penjara.
