Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana persepsi pegawai terhadap budaya organisasi, persepsi pegawai terhadap kinerja organisasi dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas I Cipinang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai dengan sampel diambil dengan rumus tabel krejcie dan morgan yang berjumlah 159 orang. Pada tahap analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 20 dengan tingkat signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan Y= 10.346 + 387X. Hasil analisis deskriptif pada kinerja pegawai mendapat hasil cukup baik dan kinerja pegawai juga cukup baik.
