Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas implementasi perlindungan perempuan hamil di lembaga pemasyarakatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakana adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perempuan hamil di lembaga pemasyarakatan mempunyai tantangan unik yang memerlukan perhatian khusus, termasuk akses terhadap perawatan medis yang memadai, pengawasan kehamilan, dan perlindungan terhadap kekerasan fisik atau seksual.
