Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Praktik Dokter dr. Ayu Suci Pratiwi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner dan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada pasien. Penelitian ini meneggunakan Metode Analisis Deskriptif, Analisis Kuantitatif, Uji Validitas dan Reabilitas Data Uji Hipotesis (t) dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Uji t Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X) terhadap Variabel Kepuasan Pasien (Y). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan (X) terhadap kepuasan pasien (Y).
