Pengaruh Tourist Perception terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Tourist Satisfaction Sarae Hills Kabupaten Bandung Barat

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh attraction, staff, facilities, information, environment, dan food quality terhadap revisit intention melalui tourist satisfaction destinasi wisata alam buatan Sarae Hills Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini melibatkan 127 responden yang memiliki pengalaman berkunjung ke Sarae Hills. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode cross-sectional atau one shot dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari nonprobability sampling. Instrumen penelitian telah dinyatakan lulus uji validitas dan reliabilitas melalui pengukuran outer model. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa attraction, staff, facilities, information, environment, dan food quality berpengaruh positif terhadap tourist satisfaction. Selain itu, facilities, environment dan tourist satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap revisit intention. Lalu, tourist satisfaction juga ditemukan berperan memediasi pengaruh attraction, staff, facilities, information, dan food quality terhadap revisit intention. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengelola perlu memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong peningkatan revisit intention.
