Manifestasi Keberagamaan dalam Etos Ekonomi Pedagang Muslim Pasar Kliwon di Era Disrupsi Digital

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manifestasi keberagamaan dalam pembentukan etos ekonomi pedagang Muslim Pasar Kliwon Kudus di tengah disrupsi ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis interpretatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) terhadap pedagang Pasar Kliwon yang dipilih secara purposif untuk menggali pengalaman subjektif, pemaknaan, dan praktik keberagamaan dalam aktivitas ekonomi sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai religius Islam berperan signifikan dalam membentuk sikap dan etos ekonomi pedagang di tengah keterbatasan adaptasi terhadap teknologi digital. Keberagamaan memberikan rasa tenang dan aman secara psikologis, serta menjadi landasan moral dalam menghadapi tekanan ekonomi. Manifestasi religiusitas tersebut tercermin dalam beberapa sikap utama, yaitu penerimaan terhadap kemajuan teknologi sebagai keniscayaan, keteguhan untuk tetap berdagang secara offline meskipun minim kemampuan digital, serta sikap tawakal dengan menyerahkan hasil usaha dan rezeki kepada kehendak Tuhan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberagamaan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ekspresi spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai sumber etos kerja dan strategi moral pedagang dalam merespons disrupsi ekonomi digital, khususnya pada konteks pasar tradisional di kota santri.
