Announcement: Updated Manuscript Template

To improve the quality of the manuscript and increase the readability, there are some minor revision made in the manuscript template.  This new template is effective for Volume 11, Number 2 (2025) and all subsequent issues. Authors are required to use the new format for all upcoming submissions. Please download the updated template here.
