GOOGLE DRIVE: APLIKASI PENGELOLA OTOMASI ARSIP DIGITAL BERBASIS WEB DALAM BERBAGAI FORMAT FILE

Abstrak

Archives have an important role in the management of organizations or institutions. Archives become one of the considerations for leaders to make decisions. In line with developments that occur, information is not only stored in printed format, but also stored in digital format. Digital archive management is an effort made by archival institutions to provide services that are in accordance with the characteristics of today's society. Archive management always follows the dynamics of technological developments that occur in society. Through this article, the author wants to share knowledge about digital archives and how to manage digital archives using Google Drive. Google Drive is an online file and document storage service owned by Google. The research method in this article is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is research that aims to describe a situation or event in the way it is. The conclusion of this study is that Google Drive can be an alternative digital archive management application and Google Drive is able to manage digital archives in text, image, audio and video formats so that the service is recommended as a digital archive management application.
