About the Journal

The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts and ideas or research results that have been achieved in the area of history and civilization

 

Tanjak: Sejarah dan Peradaban Islam (e-ISSN: 2774-5392), is a Journal of history and Islamic civilization.  Specifically, Tanjak focuses on the main problems in the history and civilization areas as follows

History of Regional Islamic Civilization;

Islamic Archeology and Architecture;

Islamic Intellectual Social History;

Study of Ancient Manuscripts;

Local Cultural Traditions

 

Peer Review Process

Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by the Editorial Board to determine ACCEPTED or REJECTED. Then, the articles will be sent to the peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by the Double-Blind Preview Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month for maximum time. In each manuscript, the peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. Peer reviewer that collaboration with this journal.

 

Publication Frequency

The Tanjak Journal published three periods in January, April and August.
