Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji persamaan dan perbedaan antara Kurikulum 2013 dengan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan di mana peneliti berhadapan langsung dengan teks (nash) atau data angka yang umummnya merupakan sumber sekunderyang tersimpan dalam rekaman tertulis (teks, angka, gambar, rekaman tape atau film). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis komparasi, yaitu dengan cara membandingkan objek penelitian dengan konsep pembanding. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat elemen perubahan yang terjadi pada kurikulum pendidikan Indonesia dari Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) ke Kurikulum 2013, di mana perubahan tersebut terjadi pada aspek standar kompetensi lulusan, standar proses, standar isi, standar penilaian. Adanya perubahan itu sendiri mengundang banyak pertanyaan, antara lain mengapa harus berubah, apakah perubahan terjadi secara keseluruhan atau hanya bagian-bagian tertentu dan seterusnya dan implikasinya bagi guru dalam pelaksanaan dan perencanaanya di lapangan.Abstract: This study aims to assess the similarities and differences between the curriculum in 2013 with the education unit level curriculum. This study is a literature study where researchers face to face with the text (nash) or numerical data which is generally a secondary source stored in the written record (text, numbers, graphics, tape recordings or film). Technical analysis is comparative analysis. The results show that there are elements of the changes in the Indonesian education curriculum of education unit level curriculum to the curriculum in 2013, where these changes occur in the aspect of competency standards, standardized processes, content standards, assessment standards. The change in itself invites a lot of questions, such as why it should change, whether changes occur as a whole or only certain part and so on, as well as the implications for teachers in the implementation and planning in the field.
