History of Establishment

El-Idare: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam is a scientific journal published by the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang. The published articles are the results of empirical research (quantitative, qualitative, and Research and Development approaches) as well as literature studies or thought analyses that contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of education in Elementary Schools/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, and Elementary School Teacher Education.

The first article was published in June 2015. This journal is published twice a year on a regular basis, in the June and December editions, through an online system/Open Journal System (OJS). Each edition publishes eight articles. Alhamdulillah, through the dedication of the Editorial Team, since 2019, starting from the publication of Volume 5 Number 1 for the 2018-2025 period, the next target of El-Idare: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam is to achieve SINTA 5 accreditation and, ultimately, to be indexed in SINTA 2 and Scopus. Therefore, the El-Idare: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam team continues to innovate and improve quality by recruiting competent Editors and Reviewers from both domestic and international institutions.

Cover Design Change

In Volume 5 Number 1 of 2019, El-Idare: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam also introduced a new cover design. The new design was created to be more modern and appealing, aiming to attract both authors and readers. A cleaner and more professional appearance enhances the overall perception of the journal's quality.

Template Change

In Volume 10 Number 1 of 2024, El-Idare: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam also underwent a template redesign. The template update aims to enhance the journal’s appearance to be more professional, modern, and aligned with national and international scientific publication standards.
