SEJARAH TAFSIR NUSANTARA

Abstract
Perkembangan tafsir Al-Qur’an Indonesia sangat berbeda dengan di dunia Arab di mana ilmu tersebut lahir, perbedaan ini terjadi karena Indonesia memiliki budaya dan bahasa yang berbeda dengan Arab. Penelitian mendalam menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan sejarah tafsir di Indonesia dapat dilacak melalui sejarah masuknya Islam ke Nusantara. Masyarakat Nusantara yang terkenal ramah, suka menolong, dan memuliakan setiap tamu yang datang membuat penyebaran ajaran Islam di Nusantara berkembang pesat, demikian juga dengan ilmu Tafsir sebagai salah satu ilmu inti dari ajaran Islam.
