Human Resource Management in Supporting the Quality of Foster Children's Education at LPYP Integrated Foundation Latahzan Punung Pacitan

Abstract
This study explores in depth the management of human resources (HR) implemented at Yayasan LPYP Terpadu Latahzan Punung Pacitan and it is contribution to improving the quality of education for foster children, particularly orphans and underprivileged children. The study identifies various supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the foundation in HR management, as well as the solutions implemented to overcome these challenges. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the foundation’s administrators, teachers, and administrative staff. The findings indicate that HR management at the foundation has been carried out in a structured and effective manner, with careful planning, appropriate program implementation, and periodic evaluations involving all stakeholders. The primary supporting factor is the quality of the existing HR, while the main obstacles include limited infrastructure and difficulties in enforcing discipline among foster children. Despite these challenges, the foundation remains committed to continuously improving HR management through various strategies, including internal training and collaboration with external parties. This study is expected to provide insights into the importance of effective HR management in establishing a high-quality educational institution and making a positive impact on orphans and underprivileged children under it is care.
