Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, madrasahs face significant challenges in maintaining the quality and sustainability of education while adhering to Islamic values. This study examines the strategies for developing organizational culture at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Yapena Dayah Modern Arun and its impact on the institution's existence. Organizational culture, as a set of shared values, norms, and habits, plays a crucial role in shaping students' character while maintaining the stability and quality of the madrasah amid changing dynamics. This study employs an observational and analytical approach to the cultural practices at Dayah Modern Arun, which integrates religious values and modern education. The findings show that the development of a strong and positive organizational culture through religious habits, discipline, and active communication among teachers significantly contributes to the quality of education and the sustainability of the madrasah. However, improvements in task delegation are necessary to enhance management effectiveness. This research underscores the importance of organizational culture as a fundamental foundation in maintaining the existence and improving the quality of education in modern madrasahs.
