ANALISIS STILISTIKA PADA KARYA HUMOOD ALKHUDHER KAJIAN STILISTIKA

The research titled "Stylistic Analysis in the Works of Humood Alkhudher" aims to determine the functions of language styles and the types of language styles found in the lyrics of Humood Alkhudher's songs from the album "Matha Ba'd." This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is observation and note-taking. The data analysis technique involves observing and listening to Humood Alkhudher's song lyrics, describing and explaining the research findings based on Gorys Keraf's theory. Finally, conclusions are drawn based on the identified, classified, and analyzed data. Based on the conducted data analysis, various functions of language styles were identified, including informative function, explanatory function, and reinforcing function. Furthermore, the language styles are categorized into word choice-based styles, tone-based styles, sentence structure-based styles, and styles based on inconsistent meanings. The types of language styles found in the lyrics of Humood Alkhudher's songs from the album "Matha Ba'd" include informal style, conversational style, simple tone style, noble and powerful style, intermediate style, climax style, anti-climax style, repetitive style, rhetorical style of litotes, and figurative style of simile.
