Peer Review Process

ELQONUN: Journal of Constitutional Law uses a double-blind review policy. The authors and initial articles will not be disclosed until the articles are accepted for review and further publication. Each article submitted will be evaluated based on the following considerations:

• The scientific work is original.
• The methodology is appropriate for the research topic.
• The article demonstrates good analytical skills.
• The article communicates effectively with readers.
• Based on the recommendations of the reviewers
• Articles submitted to ELQONUN: Jurnal Hukum Ketatanegaraan can be in Indonesian, English, or Arabic. However, the abstract must be in Indonesian and English.

The editor of ELQONUN: Jurnal Hukum Ketatanegaraan has full authority to decide whether an article is accepted or rejected.
