Analisis Implementasi Halal Supply Chain Management pada Bisnis Restoran

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Halal di UMKM (Studi Bisnis kuliner di Restoran Kabupaten Rokan Hilir). Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan manajemen rantai pasokan halal yang diterapkan pada Bisnis Restoran mulai dari proses persiapan produksi, proses produksi, proses distribusi kepada konsumen telah dijamin halal, karena setiap proses operasional mencapai tangan konsumen benar-benar bersih dan halalnya sesuai dengan hukum Islam, meskipun setiap restoran belum menerapkan standar dari MUI, halalnya terjamin untuk membeli daging di pasar, sehingga konsumen yang membeli makanan dan minuman di Restoran Kabupaten Rokan Hilirr merasa aman dan nyaman.
