Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penghargaan terhadap motivasi kerja petugas regu jaga Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel sejumlah 55 Petugas dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Terdapat total 38 butir pernyataan yang akan diteliti dan disebar kepada seluruh Petugas. Alat bantu pengujian menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan regresi antara kedua varibael sebesar Y= 34,884 + 0.500X dan hasil analisis pengujian hipotesis melalui uji determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel penghargaan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 20.8% terhadap motivasi kerja petugas regu jaga Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bandung. Kemudian dari hasil nilai t hitung sebesar (3.726) > dari t tabel (2.005) yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara penghargaan terhadap motivasi kerja petugas regu jaga Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bandung.
