Abstract
Kepuasan donatur adalah tolok ukur, apakah sebuah pelayanan yang diberikaan sebuah instansi sudah berjalan dengan semestinya atau perlu perbaikan lebih lanjut. Kepuasan pengguna jasa adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa prngguna jasa yag muncul setalah membandingkan persepsi yang mereka dengan harapam mereka. Pelayanan dirasa memuaskan apabilla pelayanan yang diterima sesuai dengan harapan pengguna jasa. Sebaliknya pelayanan dirasa kurang memuaskan apabila pelayanan yang diterima dibawwah harapan pengguna jasa.
