PELAKSANAN IBADAH SHOLAT DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP ETOS KERJA

Abstract
Artikel ini membahas mengenai hubungan shalat terhadap etos kerja buruh kelapa sawit di perkebunan PTPN VII. Dalam penelitian terdapat dua variabel pokok, yaitu pelaksanaan ibadah sholat buruh (variabel pengaruh) dan etos kerja buruh (variabel terpengaruh). Dari penelitian dapat diketemukan bahwa ada pengaruh antara shalat dengan etos kerja. Semakin tinggi tingkat shalatnya semakin baik etos kerjanya, begitupula sebaliknya
