Historical Tour of Petilasan Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang’s at the Muara Binuangeun in Lebak-Banten

Abstract
The Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang shrine in Muara Binuangeun has the potential to become an interesting religious tourism destination. This study examines the existence of the Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang shrine and uncovers the memories and stories that exist in the community surrounding the arrival of Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang in Muara Binuangeun. This study uses a historical research method by collecting sources in the form of stories or tales that have developed in the community, collective memory, literature studies, and observations of tourism potential in this area. The results of this study include describing that based on circulating folklore, the arrival of Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang to the coastal area of Muara Binuangeun was the starting point for the entry of Islam in the area. This is reinforced by the existence of the Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang shrine site which is the result of tracing by her descendants who came from Cirebon. The discovery of the site in Kampung Kembang Ranjang (one of the villages in Muara Binuangeun) involved 40 Cirebon scholars to uncover the site's connection to Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang. Today, the site is widely visited, and some believe it to be the actual tomb of Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang. This research is expected to broaden readers' understanding of the historical site of the Nyi Mas Ratu Subang Larang site in Muara Binuangeun, Lebak, Banten.
