Hubungan antara Employee Engagement dan Komitmet Organisasi pada Karyawan PT. X

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan employee engagement dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT. X dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini ialah ada hubungan antara employee engagement dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT.X. Pada teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 106 karyawan PT.X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis peneliti menggunakan teknik pearson product moment. Keseluruhan perhitungan statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0 Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan ada hubungan antara employee engagement dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT. X dengan koefisien korelasi (0,788) dan nilai signifikan (0,000) p< 0,05. maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti ada hubungan yang positif antara employee engagement dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT.X. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti diterima.
