PROFITABILITY OF ISLAMIC COMMERCIAL BANKS IN TERMS OF MUDHARABAH, MURABAHAH AND MUSYARAKAH FINANCING

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Mudharabah, Murabahah and Musyarakah Financing on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. The population in this study are Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, namely 14 banks. The sample was taken using the criteria, namely Islamic Commercial Banks that have data related to the research variables so that a sample of 11 banks was obtained. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis of panel data, processed with the STATA 17 application. Based on the results of the study, it is known that mudharabah financing affects profitability, murabahah financing affects profitability and musyarakah financing affects profitability. Then simultaneously mudharabah, murabahah and musyarakah financing variables affect profitability. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously the mudharabah, murabahah and musyarakah financing variables affect the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.
