Abstract

إن الكفاءة الشخصية هي الكفاءة المهمة لا بد أن يملكها معلم اللغة العربية. فإذا حسنت شخصيتهم ارتقت رغبات الطلاب في تعلم اللغة العربية. في هذا البحث التجريبي توجد تأثير ايجابي بين متغيرة ك و متغيرة ي. توجد تأثير إيجابي بين الكفاءة الشّخصية لمعلّم اللّغة العربية على ارتقاء رغبة التّلاميذ في تعلّم اللّغة العربية بالمدرسة الإبتدائية لملعهد الإسلامي فالمبانج. Pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam belajar Bahasa Arab.” Kompetensi kepribadian adalah salah satu kompetensi yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap guru. Jika baik akhlak seorang guru tersebut maka motivasi dari siswa pun meningkat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Adapun setelah melakukan penelitian, maka penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kompetensi kepribadian terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
