Perilaku Prososial pada Pendonor Sukarela di Unit Transfusi Darah PMI Palembang

Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas perilaku prososial pada pendonor sukarela di Unit Transfusi Darah PMI Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan subjek yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria, minimal 7 kali mendonorkan darah, berusia 17-21 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, serta observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini secara umum menunjukkan gambaran perilaku prososial ketiga subjek yaitu membantu orang lain melalui mendonorkan darahnya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketiga subjek melakukan perilaku prososial yaitu adanya jiwa sosial dan rasa empati yang tinggi terhadap orang-orang yang membutuhkan darah. Dan pengaruh faktor situasional dan pengaruh faktor dari dalam diri. Sementara bentuk perilaku lainnya yaitu adanya ketenangan dalam dirinya ketika menghadapi masalah. Selain itu, ketiga subjek ini juga berbagi cerita dan mengajak orang lain untuk mendonorkan darah.Perilaku prososial
