Ta’dib: Journal of Islamic Education (Jurnal Pendidikan Islam) provides a vital forum for exchanging ideas in order to enrich the theory, policy, and practices of Islamic education in Indonesia and around the world.

Ta’dib: Journal of Islamic Education is a biannual, open access, peer-reviewed, and international e-journal, published in Indonesia. We accept unpublished, high quality, and original research manuscripts in English, resulting primarily from quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methodology related to or associated with Islamic education. These issues include, but not limited to, practices, policies, and research in Islamic education from early childhood education to higher education which cover the areas of  instruction, learning, teaching, curriculum development, educational policy, language education and policy, bilingual education, multicultural education, art education, teacher education, educational technology, educational developments, educational psychology, and international education in Indonesia and other parts of the world.

Ta’dib: Journal of Islamic Education is published 2 times per year (June and December) in English by the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Sciences, State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia. All research articles appearing in Ta’dib: Journal of Islamic Education (Jurnal Pendidikan Islam) have undergone a thoroughly blind peer-review. There are two versions of publication; print out (p) with ISSN: 1410-6973 and electronic (e) with E-ISSN: 2443-2512.

Ta’dib: Journal of Islamic Education (Jurnal Pendidikan Islam) has become a Crossref Member since year 2015. Therefore, all articles published by Ta'dib Journal will have unique DOI (Digital Object Identifier) number.

Ta’dib: Journal of Islamic Education (Jurnal Pendidikan Islam) has been indexed in DOAJ since October 20, 2015.

Ta’dib: Journal of Islamic Education currently aims to be indexed as soon as possible within the national and international Social Science databases such as SCOPUS and EMERGING SOURCES CITATION INDEX-ESCI (WEB OF SCIENCE)

As a peer-reviewed journal, one of the Ta’dib: Journal of Islamic Education (Jurnal Pendidikan Islam)’s priorities is to ensure high standards of publishing. Publication ethics is an important concern. Therefore, editors, peer-reviewers, and authors should pay great attention to meet the ethical standards.
