Penafsiran Ibnu Asyur terhadap Ayat-Ayat Kesehatan Mental dan Relevansinya dengan Psikologi Humanistik

Abstract
Kesehatan mental merupakan salah satu isu global yang semakin mendapat perhatian dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia melaporkan bahwa sekitar 970 juta orang di dunia mengalami gangguan mental seperti depresi dan kecemasan. Fenomena ini mendorong perlunya pendekatan multidisipliner dalam memahami kesehatan mental, termasuk melalui perspektif keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penafsiran Ibnu Asyur terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan mental dan mengkaji relevansinya dengan teori psikologi humanistik Carl Rogers. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan, serta teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran Ibnu Asyur terhadap ayat-ayat seperti QS. Ar-Ra’d: 28, QS. Al-Fajr: 27–30, QS. Yunus: 57, dan QS. Al-Baqarah: 286 memuat konsep ketenangan jiwa, penyembuhan batin, dan ketahanan psikologis. Konsep tersebut memiliki relevansi dengan teori psikologi Carl Rogers dalam hal pencapaian kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi tafsir Al-Qur’an dengan psikologi humanistik memberikan perspektif komprehensif dalam memahami kesehatan mental. Kontribusi utamanya terletak pada kerangka integratif antara konsep al-Qur’an dengan teori Carl Rogers, rekomendasi praktis bagi terapi konseling berbasis Al-Qur’an, serta landasan bagi pengembangan psikologi Islam kontemporer yang holistik dan empiris.
