Analisis Sengketa Lahan di Kecamatan Lubuk Raja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (Perspectif Teori Konflik Agraria)

Abstract
This research aims to examine land disputes between the community and PT. Selo Argodedali in Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency through the perspective of agrarian conflict theory. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that this dispute was triggered by a conflict of interest between residents who maintain plantation land and companies that want to use it as a road access to the mine. This conflict has become increasingly complicated due to differences in information regarding the status of the roads used and the lack of good communication between the parties involved. The government plays a role in resolving disputes through various efforts such as mediation, socialization, and policy strengthening. So it can be concluded that the land dispute between the community and the company occurred due to the incompatibility of the land ownership status for mining road access. This conflict involves several factors, such as values, interests, structure, data, and relationships. The government plays a role in resolving disputes through mediation, negotiation, and conciliation. The governor's decision to reject the mine is the main factor in resolving the dispute because with the cessation of mining operations, the community begins to no longer have problems with land.
