Jurnal Biota is a scientific journal published by the Department of Biology Faculty Science and Technology University of State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang. The submission process of the manuscript is open throughout the year. All submitted manuscripts will go through double-blind peer review and editorial review before being granted acceptance for publication. Jurnal Biota publishes numerous research articles and Literature Review with a focus and scope on Biodiversity wetlands, Biotechnology, Environment, Ecology, Microbiology, Physiology Animals, and Plants. Jurnal Biota has been using Open Journal System requiring all writers to register in advance before they are allowed to upload the manuscript they write online. Afterward, the editors, peer reviewers (Blind review), and writers can monitor the manuscript processing. Journal Biota has indexed DOAJCrossref, MoraRef, Google Scholar, Garuda, and Sinta 2.
